About Us

A note from Kelly:

Telling a story involves three things.  The ability to listen deeply, with every sense so as not to miss a single detail.  Development of the characters and their unique blend of personality, the plot filled with details, drama and excitement and the climax, the time when everything is on the line.  Drawing the reader into the unfolding drama, creating an emotional bond through vivid descriptions by allowing a secret entrance into every moment.  And most importantly there must be a story ready to be captured and characters ready to be brilliant.

Your story is worth telling.  Whether it be a child’s silly, serious, goofy, excited antics or the timeless fairytale of Your Day in pictures, each is a valuable personal telling of your fabulously beautiful story.   So much of life is lived quickly, rapidly fading into memories that are worth keeping.  I would be honored to be the storyteller that allows you to recapture every remarkable chapter of Your Life.

A Note from Rylee:

I love what I do.  I get the privilege of taking part in the significant moments of life.  I think that every bride is beautiful, and she deserves to know it and see it in her wedding pictures.  I love capturing the passionate love that her husband has for her, shown in the way his hand falls across the small of her back. I love the way each wedding reflects the personality, character and taste of the bride, and it is my goal to preserve each detail she selected.

I enjoy the laughter and antics of young siblings playing at the park and the yawns and cries of a newborn baby in the proud arms of his father.  I see something special and significant in the ordinary day of a family, because it is the day-to-day character, personalities and activities that make each family unique.

I guess what I love about being your photographer is that I get to share with you a significant moment, whether it be the first time your baby smiles or the moment you say “I do” or even that one sunny day in April when we took the kids to the park.  No matter what the moment, no matter how ordinary or extraordinary it may seem, I want to capture it for you forever because I think it’s worth keeping.
