My husband comments not only on my good cooking, but also on the mess I leave in the process. I am not afraid of extra pans, multiple spoons or spreading out across my kitchen when I cook. Apparently I also don’t mind over-exuberant stirring and zealous mixing and pouring, because I tend to find bits of food and splashes of this and that on the wall beneath my cupboard and above my counter. You know what would solve my problem? A new backsplash! I could just buy a new house at Crown Woods, which would come with said backsplash.
