Wheat fields are amazing. They seem alive with energy and elegance when they sway rhythmically in the breeze or just reflect the sun’s brilliance in their golden depths. Their flaxen beauty has even managed to work its way into the timeless America the Beautiful boasting of ‘amber waves of grain’. I am fortunate to live country enough that my summers are heavy laden with vast expanse of wheat fields to admire. When Sean & Kasey mentioned that they wanted a more country feel to their photos I was not just a little bit excited. I wasn’t sure how country they wanted to go, but I was crossing fingers and blowing out birthday candles in hopes of a little wish fulfillment. Turns out beautiful people standing, walking, kissing and general loving in a wheat field is even better than I had imagined. A little God-given backdrop and a whole lot of love makes a quality recipe for anticipation of their wedding in September!
